Yesterday I went lepaking with a friend in Sunway P.
Originally our conversations were based upon the drug abuse (for my project).
Then somehow we talked about one of the hottest issue around (I think)
Its about Black Metal.
It is kinda funny.A musical genre being banned based on shallow depth research done by individuals that got no background in music.That is why the Fatwa Council said Metallica founded Black Metal in the 70’s.
No,I don’t want to question the goverment on why they did not want to ban other genres.
No,I’m not interested on why the goverment were so interested on this issue while other bigger issues still not settled.
What I’m so interested in was where is the evidence?Where is the burnt Koran?Where is the remains of the virgin that was sacrificed for Baphomet?
So far the only pictures that I saw only the pictures of people in gigs,video footages of people in rave/hip hop club (mistaken for a Black Metal gig I assume) and people who got caught because the gig was a Black Metal gig.
I have to remind you about Mona Fandey.Remeber her?She was the only person who actually did sacrifice a person for a demonic ritual.She also was singer.Yet,why nobody wanted to associate her music genre with satanism?Because they know it got no link at all.
Like I said in a local newspaper before,music is like a knife.
Use it wisely and you will gain lots of benefits.

I just came back from the special screening of Buli Balik this morning at OU.
A good movie.Highly recommended.
Although there were some bloopers within the movie,but it doesn’t spoil the movie.
But personally I think,it will be much better if Afdlin developt more some of the minor characters.
It will be interesting if the driver of the black Proton during the road bully scenewere actually related to the main characters or at least make itself appear as a person.I think that character can replace the bad mouth schoolkids characters.
Anyway,I can guarentee you that your RM is worth spending for this movie.
Have you ever face this situation?
You know this person from the cyberspace.
Then you entertain this person,both of you teels jokes,exchanging opinions,pictures etc.
Then comes the time where you guys finally meet.
Then 2 weeks later,you got no news from this person,not an email or any messages.
Not even a phone call.
And your calls remained unanswered.
But then this person goes out with one of your friends,the only proof that the person is still alive.
That’s what happened to me,recently.
Not good,isn’t it?
Today the Pergh!Team went to the Shah Alam Gallery.
At first, we were there to see the Cartoon Exhibition by Haji Zainal Buang Hussein,my tok guru.
Then when we got there, the TV3 crew was there including Wak Jenal and his friends.
The Pergh!Team got interviewed by the MHI crew.
Bohrtaag, ThirtyNine, Black_iii and I were interviewed and you can see the interviews on this Monday morning at Malaysia Hari Ini.
I also will be there for the morning interview alongside the veterans, representing Pergh.com as one of the Malaysian Indie Comic group.
This will be our big break!
In the afternoon, I went to the SIAM meeting.
Supposedly this newly formed society will govern(?) the growth of underground/indie music scene in Malaysia.
its kinda sad that we need this thing for our indie scene.
Today marks the day where Malaysian Underground Scene dies…

I got my own web address!
Yesterday after I got my payment for my appearence in The Crime Scene (an 8TV program) I bought a webspace and a web address of my own for RM60.Not bad la,I guess.
Anyway in this space,I will rant on anything that crosses my mind but hopefully it will be more on arts and arts and arts and more arts!
