Yesterday I went lepaking with a friend in Sunway P.
Originally our conversations were based upon the drug abuse (for my project).
Then somehow we talked about one of the hottest issue around (I think)
Its about Black Metal.
It is kinda funny.A musical genre being banned based on shallow depth research done by individuals that got no background in music.That is why the Fatwa Council said Metallica founded Black Metal in the 70’s.
No,I don’t want to question the goverment on why they did not want to ban other genres.
No,I’m not interested on why the goverment were so interested on this issue while other bigger issues still not settled.
What I’m so interested in was where is the evidence?Where is the burnt Koran?Where is the remains of the virgin that was sacrificed for Baphomet?
So far the only pictures that I saw only the pictures of people in gigs,video footages of people in rave/hip hop club (mistaken for a Black Metal gig I assume) and people who got caught because the gig was a Black Metal gig.
I have to remind you about Mona Fandey.Remeber her?She was the only person who actually did sacrifice a person for a demonic ritual.She also was singer.Yet,why nobody wanted to associate her music genre with satanism?Because they know it got no link at all.
Like I said in a local newspaper before,music is like a knife.
Use it wisely and you will gain lots of benefits.

well, we’re doing a final assignment on topic “msian underground music scene”. I came across your blog when i was surfing for more information bout it. If you dont mind, could I use your comment here regarding the black metal issue in our magazine? (oh yeah, we’re doing a magazine for this) i dont mean plagarism, of course we will put ur name/website {with ur permission of course} together with ur comments. we just need what other ppl say about the media associating black metal n the local bands/gigs.
