so ia bukan shj psl pembelaan hak2 wanita
tp pembelaan org2 yg ditindas by the system

diorang bnyk amik benda dgn shallow understanding
diorang tak buat analisis deep enough
mcm psl tutup aurat tu
kenape org2 yg tutup aurat tu pon kena rogol?

1.sexual fetish (bernafsu pd org bertudung)
2.terangsang dgn kehadiran wanita seksi ttp x de peluang nak rogol pompuan tu kat situ jugak (sbb kat public space penuh org),tp bila nampak mane2 pompuan yg berjalan kat tempat sunyi,maka disitu jugak dilampiaskan nafsu,x kire la,budak kecik,nenek tua atau pompuan bertudung
therefore,betulla kata Nik Aziz,pompuan seksi punca kes rogol meningkat
tp bayangkan jika semua org tak pakai seksi,jika x semua pun pakai hijab?
apekah kes rogol takkan menurun?

logik pemikiran manusia berubah ikut zaman.pada zaman dulu,manusia piki tak logik bumi ni bentuk sfera,sbb horizon sumer flat je,jd bumi tentula flat.tp slps sains membuktikan bumi ni sfera,tahap logik manusia telah meningkat.
sama spt sekarang,jgn kerna benda tu kite tak nampak,tak paham atau tak bole diexplain lagi,maka kite anggap benda tu supernatural atau out of logic.semua benda kat dunia ni ade logiknya,cume akal kite masih limited dan kite masih perlu berfikir dgn lebih jauh dr jangkauan logik kite pd hari ini supaya in the end kite akan dpt memahami logik2 perkara2 yg kite tak faham logik dan rasionalnya sekarang.
I think we are taught to think that “women are the cause of all problems” by all the chauvinist men. When you come to think of it, even if a woman choose to walk naked around the city, is it justified for a man to go and rape her? Is it justified? A crime is a crime. You can think/imagine whatever you like in your mind about the naked girl, but putting it into action is something else.
Like in Aussie for example, there are a lot of naked ppl in uni (nudie runs) haha. But I don’t hear people chasing after them and raping them! I’m not saying that running naked is good, mind you! Ahaks.

masa cuti haritu,saya sempat berlakon dlm satu program ni.
Kitorang lakonkan semula kejadian programmer IT mati lps dirogol dlm bas ekspress ke Klang.
brader yg berlakon watak perogol tu ckp “uish penat jugak nak bergelut tangan ni,mmg betulla kalu kepala dah masuk setan semua benda tak pikir dah.”
manusia ada nafsu.jika manusia dikuasai nafsu memang kekuatannya luar biasa.jadi agama kita telah meletakkan panduan agar kita dapat mengawal nafsu tersebut.
nak tahu knp org Aussie takde pergi kejar org rogol org?Sbb diorang ade bnyk tempat nak melampiaskan nafsu.Ada strip joints,ada brothel yang diberi lesen oleh kerajaan mereka.Kalau kepala dah bernafsu sgt,tak perlu buat jenayah sekular dgn merogol orang.Kerajaan mereka dah bagi tempat utk berzina,pergi la sana.
Tapi takkan kita nak sampai ke tahap tu?Australia ialah negara sekular,Malaysia adalah negara Islam.Kita ikut Sunnah wal Jamaah,bukan Syiah mcm Iran (yg somehow membenarkan perkahwinan kontrak,walaupun utk satu malam shj).Sbb itu kita semua kena bekerjasama dlm membendung masalah begini.Orang pompuan jgn la pegi pakai benda yg merangsang syahwat lelaki yg bukan suami mereka.Orang lelaki pulak,kena la belajar2 mengawal nafsunya yg satu itu.
Dlm agama kita pun,kan berdosa jugak org yg gagal menutup auratnya?Mesti ada sebab kenapa.Mungkin sekarang kita tak nampak semua sbb kenapa tp saya percaya dlm masa akan dtg kita akan faham lagi bnyk.Paling penting,buat dahulu,nanti kita tahu jawapannya.

A statistic shown by Edisi Siasat some time ago shows that the majority of the rapist are Malays (assumption: Muslims). And if you look at the rape statistics in Malaysia (just one simple example)….. “Bagaimanapun, dari segi pecahan statistik tahun lalu, gadis berusia bawah 15 tahun merupakan paling ramai menjadi mangsa iaitu 501 orang.” BELOW 15 and that is MORE than 50% of the whole rape cases. And these girls haven’t even developed their curves just yet!
Lewdness and prostitution is something else. But at least, sex is out of consent and not forced. No matter how ugly the word ‘prostitution’ is to us Muslims, rape case is so much worse than that. Although it is true that sexy girls may attract guys, the fact that men cannot control themselves up to the extent that they choose to rape is unacceptable. In many of the rape cases, it is not at all about girls dressing ‘inappropriately’ according to you.
It is amazing to see how Western countries stand up for their women with regards to all kinds of sexual harrassments esp rape because they can’t tolerate/accept men not being able to control themselves with women, while the majority of us in the Muslim world are still pointing our fingers to women who according to the “houlier-than-thou community” do not dress appropriately rather than blaming the rapist for NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTROL THEIR LUST.
And I thought Islam is always about logic and justice. Where is the justice when women being raped are mocked and degraded instead of given support. And the authorities decide to blame it on women because they dress ‘inappropriately’. Where is the logic? I rest my case.

Another thing that I want to point out. There are so many sects in Islam, Sunni, Shiite, Ibadhi, Farrakhanism.. and others. In the Quran, God condems sects (I quote only from Quran, this is not my own word) which when analysed is very true and logical because sects cause Muslims to be divided among ourselves.
[6:159] Those who divide themselves into sects do not belong with you. Their judgment rests with GOD, then He will inform them of everything they had done.
[30:32] (Do not fall in idol worship,) like those who divide their religion into sects; each party rejoicing with what they have.
[42:14] Ironically, they broke up into sects only after the knowledge had come to them, due to jealousy and resentment among themselves. If it were not for a predetermined decision from your Lord to respite them for a definite interim, they would have been judged immediately. Indeed, the later generations who inherited the scripture are full of doubts.
[ 9:31] They have set up their religious leaders and scholars as lords, instead of GOD….
I am happy relying on the Quran as I believe it is the most reliable source of Islam. And hence, not to be categorized as Sunni. Thanks ^_^
There will be many things that I will not agree with you about the ‘rituals’ / Islamic understandings/views taught to us since little. But I believe faith is really personal and it is between me and God, not others to judge.
